Our Return Material Authorization (Request Return) Policy

  •  Only products that are physically damaged during transit or wrong product despatched will be accepted for return through our Request Return Form.

 

  • Customers are requested to report damaged products / wrong product despatched with photograph upload (mandatory) of the damaged product,  through our Request Return Form within 6 hrs of receiving your product.

 

  • Any claim after six hours of courier delivery will not be accepted.

 

  • Any manufacturing defects or warranty claims will not be accepted through our request return form. Manufacturing Defects of newly received products (even though it may less than six hours of delivery) has to be directly claimed from the manufacturer only. Manufacturing defects has to be claimed directly from the manufacturer through their toll free line.

 

  • Refund will be processed only after completion of Request Return  process and after receiving the damaged material along with complete set of Original Equipment accessories / manual and Original Equipment packaging / packing material.

 

  • In case the Request Return is approved, Customers has to send the material to our  billing address at their own cost. The courier cost may be refunded if the case if found to be genuine.

 

  • Customers are requested not to accept courier deliveries which have physical damage of the packing material or the packing material is wet or the sealed packing is opened.  If accepted , no claims can be made by the customer from us.

 

  • Reporting of Complaints over phone will not be considered as a registered complaint. Only complaints registered through Request Return Form  will be accepted as a registered complaint.
